This couple was so fun and so loving, they were awesome to work with. And baby is due just before Christmas!! What a wonderful way to aproach the holidays!
Some things you never expect. Some things move you more than you expect. Some things make you feel just a little more than you expect. This is little Miss. E. She was born at 34 week and was just 5lbs here at 3 weeks old. I can say she is clearly beyond my expectations. Isn’t she just lovely?
And her parents…gorgeous. What more can I say? You all made my job way too easy!

Here he is again, Mr. Giggles this time. I’ve been photographing this family since before he was born and seriously I swear I have the best clients! Mom and Dad are so great to work with and this little man is such a pleasure to photograph. He is constantly smiling and this time he was killing himself laughing the whole time! Just looking at his pictures makes me laugh remembering. And he is so ready to walk on his own! Next time I can only imagine how we’ll have to chase him!! Mom, wait till you see the rest!
Oh my is this not the cutest chubbiest little Cherub baby you have ever seen?! I love all those squishy baby rolls! He is literally the happiest most inquisitive little guy. He was so good and just ate up all the extra attention we were heaping on him. sigh…I have the best job in the world!!
The Holiday portrait session is off in full swing and just had to share this one of these sisters and their brother. Not only was the weather just about as perfect as you can get this time of year, but the kids were amazing to photograph. Little Miss M you have the most beautiful eyes, and Miss. C I just love your attitude girl!! As for you Mr. G, your energy and that smile are completely contageous! Thanks again for sharing your busy morning with me.
Meet my new muse! Isn’t he just absolutely adorable?! If you remember his mom’s beach materntiy session you’ll know he got his good looks from her. And that sly little smile is all daddy! The day I went to photograph him he was nearly two weeks old and yet he was still so blissfully newborn. He slept like an angle and rarely fussed at all! I couldn’t have asked for a better time.

I was SO happy this past weekend. The rain cleared away leaving some pretty cool clouds over the lake, and these two brothers let me steal a few photos. I have to say, photographs came in a distant third after throwing rocks and an ever present i-pod! In the end you all were super cool to work with. Thank guys, I had a ton of fun.

It was an absolutely gorgeous September morning when I got to meet this tiny one for the first time. She is beautiful, so so tiny, actually just perfect, and boy did she give us all a run for our money, almost the entire 3 hours! And then right at the end, all snuggled right up with her mom she fell into the most peaceful sleep. Well ok, until big sister came in a couldn’t resist her!

What a way to spend a gorgeous summer day! Down by the lake at their family cottage is the perfect setting for some fantastic lifestyle portraits.
While moms and dads were off biking and relaxing on the dock I marched the kids off into the bush! I have to say these kids were so amazing to photograph. They had a blast hamming it up for the camera and joking around with each other. It was hilarious to see!
So much fun we’ll have to do it next year!
This little one really snuck up on us!! She was early and thank goodness we were ready!! She’s absolutely precious and has such a pretty name too! Congratulations you three!
