Fall Family
One of the hardest part of being a photographer is to ask somebody to pose for the camera. But honestly, it’s totally not about posing. If you really want to tell a story about a family, you need to let them be themselves. It’s the best way to get natural, flattering and fun poses you would never imagine.
Little miss seemed to be a bit shy at the start of our session…but she eventually we got her more comfortable and you’ll see more of her sweet spots as you scroll down!
And oh by the way, … those matching knit hats… Perfect combination!
One word to describe this little dolly — adorable! We were killing ourselves at all of her little laughs…so contagious.
I photographed this family of four since before big sister was even born. Gah…how does time go by so fast!
Kids have a very short attention spans, that’s why I encouraged these two toddlers to play and have fun during our session.
I was able to see more of their personality than just seeing smiles. They’re both so playful and loved it outside. And in the end we got what we were working for — authentic smiles and laughter.
This is my favourite portrait of the kids. Love seeing siblings share and play together.
