1. Alana loves kids and kids love her!  She is a mother of three and simply loves kids of all ages. Whether it’s a fresh newborn baby, a toddling two year old or a 4 year old who just won’t sit still. Alana finds a way to connect with them and come away with great images.

 

2. No waiting! That’s right we don’t have a lobby full of people waiting to get into the camera room.  We schedule only one family at at time.  You are never rushed, never left waiting.

 

3. Alana has years of training. Alana attends several professional seminars a year to keep her knowledge and skills current. Alana is a member of the Professional Photographers of Canada and a member of United Professional Portrait Photographer’s Association. Along with her experience handling different personalities from behind the camera, Alana simply knows what will work and what doesn’t.

 

4. When we book your session we always have a design consultation.  This design consultation allows Alana to get to know you, your style and your personality so she can create images that are you, for your home. Your portraits will not look like everyone else’s. Alana creates custom pieces of art for you to hang on your walls at home, at your cottage, and in your office. Her goal is to make everyone’s portraits different and unique.

 

5. We genuinely care. I know I’ve said it before but our clients are like family to us.  However cliché it is, I am always honoured and humbled to be chosen as the person who gets to create these priceless family heirlooms for you.  I care that you love your images, I care that you are beyond thrilled with your experience and I work tenaciously to make sure that’s how each person who works with us feels.
